Rules: This competition follows the AIDA International rules.
Judges: Peter Boivie SWE (AIDA E category), Anastasia Dzyazina RUS (AIDA E category), national judge.

STA: depth 1.0 m, temp 30oC
DNF: length 25 m, depth 1.60-2.20 m, temp 27.5 oC
DYN: length 50 m, depth 2.20-2.30 m, temp 26 oC

All athletes must be in possession of a signed „medical certificate of non contraindication to freediving“
written in English in order to participate in competitions; the medical certificate cannot be older than one
year.
